We are looking for professional and reliable Customer Service Representatives fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (native level) and English (strong working proficiency). You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, chat, email)
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
Follow company processes and service standards
Requirements:
Native-level fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
Strong communication skills in English
Previous customer service experience preferred (BPO experience is a plus)
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
