Job position: Administrative Assistant (HR)
Location: Durrës, Albania.
Summary: We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Show Us You Can:
• Maintains administration protocol
• Holds and assists in correspondence with external services such as lawyer, sponsorship contracts, etc.
• Performs translations of required materials from English into Albanian and vice versa.
• Archives service contracts from external providers and clients.
• Maintains documentation of administration staff and other employees (human resources).
• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
• Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.

Required Qualifications:
• Working to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior.
• HR capacity is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in scheduling meetings in Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while having a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Extraordinary attention to detail.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong collaboration and time management skills.
• Very good knowledge of English language
