which will be based in our offices in Albania but will support the IT Department of our offices in the Head Quarter.

Digital Transformation Project Manager
For our CENTER OF EXCELLENCE, in Tirana, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager
which will be based in our offices in Albania but will support the IT Department of our offices in the Head Quarter.
Main responsibilities and tasks for the position:
- Coordinate external resources (consultants) that will support Dompé in the Projects ;
- Collaborate with internal business department to guarantee that the projects are following the company expectation ;
- Define a project plan and will be responsible for the respect of deadline and budget ;
- Prepare tender specification ;
- Prepare periodic status update for different audience (ICT and Board);
- Stimulate and identify opportunities and propose solutions on the automation in order to eliminate non-value added processes and align with technical experts on IT solution for improvement projects ;
- Part of inclusive and international team ;
- Respond directly to Digital Transformation Director;
- 3-5 years in the role and coming from consulting or international company;
- Information technology or management engineering background ;
- Proven experience in evaluating, optimizing, and/or digitalizing processes ;
- Proactive with a go-getter mentality focusing on results and sustainable performance, ready to share her/his knowledge with colleagues and peers ;
- Excellent interpersonal skills ;
- Strong communications skills and ability to explain and report in a transparent way ;
- Proven project management methodology ;
- Fluent English (written and speak). Italian languages is a plus. Willing to learn Italian is a must;
- Willingness to travel ;
- Project management certification is a plus;
- Pharma industry knowledge is a plus;
- ServiceNow, SAP, Veeva, Google environment is a plus ;
- System Integration knowledge is a plus;
