Developer (Specialist) for Business Process Management (BPM)

Job Responsibilities

  • Focus on business logic and process flows. Work on designing and developing business logic, process models / flows and implementation of user interface screens in BPM (Business Process Management) based system.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to investigate the requirements, prototype business solutions, and validate user history acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate closely with team members to ensure proper adjustments, unit testing, and configuration management.
  • Support operational patch building processes.
  • Manage day-to-day work in the Atlassian application suite (Jira and Confluence).
  • Support in technical go-live of new functionalities
  • Assists in troubleshooting of software application issues and incidents
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments

Minimum qualification and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related IT field.
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years of working experience in software/system development or system implementation.
  • Advantage if you have any experience on any BPM Low/No Code Development platforms
  • Very good knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Good knowledge of Web services and APIs Integrations
  • Experience in technology problem-solving and/or system analysis in the banking industry is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Team player, service orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
  • Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
