For our offices in Tirana, we are looking for a Junior Martech Developer.
Who are you?
You have:
University degree in Informatics/Engineering
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT
Knowledge of how to use API requests and work experience with tool SOAP UI and POSTMAN for API tests
Previous experience on Customer Feedback Platform (Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.) will be considered as a plus
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Predisposition and willingness to learn a new platform
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to multitask and to work in a team
Nice to have:
Good knowledge of the Italian language
What are you going to do?
Design responsive mobile, tablet, desktop, and web client surveys and emails
Create survey template based on customer requirements
Designing connectors between two or more different platforms
Design dashboard in order to analyze clients feedbacks
