EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company operating for Italian fashion companies and providing mechanical processing of metal components for leather goods, footwear, apparel, and fashion jewelry, is recruiting a Deputy Production Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager in production planning and production progress monitoring;
• Build and manage the production program, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data;
• Monitor production status and highlight delays, critical issues, or capacity constraints;
• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of production planning logic;
• Actively participate in the transition from Excel-based planning to an integrated ERP system, aligned with the Group’s software;
• Ensure regular updates and basic reporting on production progress;
• Cooperate with production, quality, and management teams to ensure alignment of activities.

Requirements for this position:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within companies performing mechanical processing for third parties;
• Very good knowledge of Italian;
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is considered an advantage.
