Job Duties:

- Daily reports and analyses on sales KPI for the branch and back-office team
- Analyses on rejections and canceling reasoning, ending up in list to be contacted and converted in sales.
- Reports and analysis on delays on loan approval from every channel
- Branch efficiency analyses, based on sales and performance KPI-s
- Monthly preparation of bonus reports for branch and back-office team
- Performance report preparation for the team
- Daily generation of reports to be used for Quality assurance team to perform controls of the team.
- Different report and analyses on customer data/ behavior
- Reports on segmentation data to use as retention and action tool for customers.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Work with supervisor to prioritize business and information needs.
- Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with limited supervision, and be a self-starter.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or similar
- Experience as experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Experience in a financing institution or similar position would be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency of English language at least level B1
