Role:

• Part of the Business Insights Discovery Team within the Data Acceleration Tribe;

Conduct depth data analysis to provide strategic insights and deliver actionable recommendations to address key business challenges;

Digg into data to understand patterns and trends emerging;

• Understand the business question and structure it into clear analysis questions or hypothesis;
• Do query, clean and manipulate the data from different sources;
• Perform deep-dive data analysis with the relevant techniques;
• Critically assess and validate your results and define next steps;
• Work with team members to bring all the learnings together and to find the bigger story and patterns;
• Present your insights to stakeholders, within or outside of the data tribe;
• Support your colleagues;

Skills:

Degree or Master Degree in Econometrics, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Social Sciences or an equivalent experience;

At least 3 years of relevant experience;

Strong knowledge in SQL, Python, R, SAS or equivalent;

Willing to learn SQL and Python, if not yet proficient;

Solid analytical/critical thinking and data skills;

Proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, providing insights for growth;

Passion for learning statistical modelling and analysis techniques;

Problem-solver and result-driven mindset;

Familiarity with GDPR, privacy, security, compliance and procurement;

Understand telecom sector (plus)

Flexibility and Autonomy;

Fluency in English and Dutch mandatory;

Knowledge in Dutch or French (plus);
