Customer Support Specialist (Estonian / Latvian / Lithuanian) – Remote (B2C & B2B)


COMMERCEY (http://commercey.co) is looking for motivated and capable Customer Support Specialists (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian speakers) to join a fast-growing company in a dynamic and international environment for one of our projects.

The position is fully remote.

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of customer support activities for a service-based company, supporting both B2C and B2B customers.
Main responsibilities include customer assistance, order management, and coordination of operational and logistical processes.
You will receive comprehensive initial training, followed by continuous support and development throughout your employment, including full onboarding on systems, tools, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support (B2C & B2B)
Provide professional and efficient support to customers via email, helpdesk, and/or phone.

Order Management

Handle and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Customer Assistance

Resolve customer inquiries, provide clear information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Operational Coordination
Support internal processes related to logistics and service delivery.
Communication
Maintain clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication with customers and internal teams.

Essential Requirements


  • Fluency (C1 level or higher) in one of the following languages:
    👉 Estonian
    👉 Latvian
    👉 Lithuanian
  • English (B2 minimum)
  • Previous experience in Customer Support (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments is a plus
