Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Representative with English B2 and Italian C1 language skills.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM CET, Monday-Friday

Your responsibilities:
- Onboards New Clients
- Develop healthy Customer Relationship
- Keep clients engaged and regularly using products
- Constant follow up on clients service usage, issues, renewals
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Movylo services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solutions for their needs
- Build customer loyalty and retention
- Resolve customer issues
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with Movylo
- Build Trust and Transparency with Clients
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
- Previous experience in customer support
- Needs to have English and Italian C1 writing and speaking;
- You are ready and can work in the proposed schedule;
- Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client, focus on helping Clients, empathy, calm character, good communicator;
- Good computer skills;
- Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent employee;
- You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
- Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
