Overview:
As the Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll oversee seamless moves for transferees. Responsibilities include communication management, appointment scheduling, service coordination, and compliance.Working Hours: 14:00-23:00
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- English Level C1
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support for residential relocation operations.
- Coordinate all aspects of moves for timely, high-quality service.
- Liaise between Sales, Operations, and Customers for smooth transitions.
- Obtain and maintain necessary information for efficient processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and industry guidelines.
- Educate and inform customers about relocation process.
- Manage communication channels (emails, voicemails).
- Schedule appointments and confirmations.
- Coordinate third-party services and additional needs.
- Conduct pre-confirmation calls and emails.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and payments.
- Review, update, and maintain move files.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone.
- Arrange additional services as required.
- Document and update relevant parties on progress.
