• CRM Specialist/Senior Specialist - CRM & Digital Banking Department

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing the CRM activities procedures and arrange the database of all activities.
  • Preparing the model, testing, coordinating the process of Retail Customer Segmentation based on financial and demographic potential and evaluating of retail customer potential in the future.
  • Identifying and evaluating trends that have the potential to positively impact retail & business banking, and translate this data into meaningful, actionable results that will enable better service to our clients.
  • Responsible for the rapid identification, prioritization and deployment of analytics to define new potential business opportunities.
  • Propose, prepare and implement marketing campaign in interaction with products owner specialist for realization of retail & business targets.
  • Providing value added consultation to department manager related to business analysis supporting and enabling business objectives.
  • Supporting the implementation and enhancement of Online/Digital Sales for their relevant products in collaboration with other departments involved.
  • Monitor customer contact data and identify data quality improvement opportunities.
  • To prepare and update instructions/manuals, characteristics, contracts and other documents related to insurance services in cooperation with other involved units.
  • To support branches related to products instructions, marketing, CRM, data quality and client segmentation usage.
JOB PROFILE
  • University degree in Economics, Business Informatics or similar faculties.
  • Have at least 4 years work experience and 2-year experience in related fields in banking sector.
  • To possess the qualifications required by internal regulations.
  • To have good PC skills
  • Working experiences using SQL, SAS, BI Tools; Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, HTML etc.
  • To have conceptual, analytic, creative skills for banking sector.
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrated by leveraging data to drive insights and value to an organization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to conceptualize changes in market conditions and leverage innovative thinking. Able to work with big data.
  • To be able to work overtime as may be required by the job.
  • To have good command of English.
