Consumer & Trade Activation Associate
This position is offered on behalf of one of our largest partners in the tobacco industry.
Position Purpose
The Consumer & Trade Activation Associate is responsible for supporting and executing consumer and trade activation activities in line with brand strategies, with the aim of increasing visibility and creating a competitive advantage at the point of sale (POS).

Consumer & Trade Activation Associate
This position is offered on behalf of one of our largest partners in the tobacco industry.
Position Purpose
The Consumer & Trade Activation Associate is responsible for supporting and executing consumer and trade activation activities in line with brand strategies, with the aim of increasing visibility and creating a competitive advantage at the point of sale (POS).
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute all Consumer & Trade Activation initiatives (1-2-1, HoReCa, Events, Digital, Visibility, and Trade Activation), ensuring timely implementation and achievement of defined KPIs
- Monitor and manage budgets for programs and activities, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with internal company procedures
- Coordinate effectively with marketing agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with brand needs and legal requirements
- Develop and implement trade engagement plans in close collaboration with internal teams and distributors
- Track market trends and ensure all activation activities align with approved strategies and company standards
- Support the development and training of field teams for retail activation activities
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, focused on Consumer, Trade, and Visibility
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Balanced working schedule (Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day)
