World Vision International Middle Eastern and Eastern Europe Regional (WV MEEER) Office is looking for a Consultancy service for Grant Acquisition Management. The call is open to any interested individuals and entities.
Main tasks and activities
Interested individuals/companies are expected to provide consultancy and training services for the following grant acquisition management (GAM) activities:
Qualification requirement
Consultants interested in this opportunity should meet the following minimum requirements.
WV MEER Office will sign a long-term agreement (LTA) with selected consultants.
The consultant will be working in two phases comprising a virtual and a field trip. The field aspect of this consultancy is not guaranteed as getting onto the ground has conditionalities that sometimes are beyond our control.

- Grant Acquisition - Donor positioning
- Grant Management - Project and grant management planning / Training service
- Donor reporting on grant-funded projects / Training service
Qualification requirement
Consultants interested in this opportunity should meet the following minimum requirements.
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in Grant application
- Demonstrated experience in leading and winning grant applications
- Demonstrated experience in working with respective donors, e.g. ECHO, EU, BMZ, GFFO, USAID, BHA, UNICEF, UNHCR, SIDA, (To Be Confirmed before and depending on the actual call for applications assignment)
- Strong understanding of mainstreaming Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), Safeguarding and Do-no-harm approaches. Ability to interpret donors' requests for Climate action or any cross-cutting theme
- Demonstrated experience in effectively addressing donors' localisation agenda, e.g. capacity strengthening on local actors and developing applications in partnership with local and International NGOs.
- Demonstrated experience (2 years) in leading capacity building / training in grant design and proposal development within the NGO industry
- Understanding the MEER Field Offices local context is an advantage
