Job Position: Concierge
Location: Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino/ Vlore, Albania.
Job Type: Full-time.
Job Summary: The Concierge will be responsible for providing guests with personalized services, including booking tours, recommending local attractions, and assisting with special requests. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience by making their stay memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with information on local attractions, dining, and activities.
- Assist with reservations for restaurants, excursions, and transportation.
- Handle special requests such as spa bookings, event coordination, and more.
- Ensure all guest interactions are professional and positive.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
