Graphite Albania Srl is expanding its commercial reach and seeking an experienced sales representative to sell our IT products and services throughout Albania. We aim to establish a solid client network and promote our advanced administrative software solutions.

Job Description:
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will identify potential clients, manage sales negotiations, and close deals to grow our customer base. This role requires a proactive approach to cold outreach and an emphasis on building long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek new clients and manage the entire sales process.
• Conduct effective sales negotiations to meet client needs and close deals.
• Promote and sell IT products and administrative programs to businesses.
• Build and maintain a strong network of customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within IT services.
• Strong negotiation and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to work independently and identify sales opportunities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate client needs and sales opportunities.
• Basic conversational skills in Italian are a plus.
