Commercial Representative/ Kosovo
Our client is a recognized group of companies in consumer goods industry and exclusive distributor of very well-known brands. Following their success in Central and East Europe they have ambitious plans to expand their operations in Kosovo. We are currently searching on behalf of this large regional company for a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Representative for their start up office in Pristina.
The Role:
The Commercial Representative is responsible for driving company's business growth in selected accounts and territories in Kosovo region. The position will proactively seek out, identify, qualify, develop and close new opportunities in FMCG, Consumer Goods markets. The successful candidate will be able to function independently but will also be able to control resources such as marketing, inside sales, service and senior management when appropriate.
This position reports to the vice president of sales in Headquarter.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new prospects for offerings and position Company's as a recognized Leader in the commercial Consumer goods industry
- Develop a well-balanced, growing pipeline of opportunities
- Together with other Company's staff, attend assigned meetings and participate in one-of-one meetings with prospects in order to further qualify and develop the sales pipeline.
- Advance opportunities using an appropriate application of phone and in-person meetings drawing in appropriate resources from specialists, services and senior management as needed.
- With support from customer operations, services and senior management develop and position an appropriate commercial proposal and commercial agreements.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and progress updates as needed
- Proven "hunter" new business sales skills for pro-actively identifying, prospecting, developing and closing net new opportunities with demonstrated success
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or related area
- 5+ years experience in FMCG/ Trade, Retail, Wholesale/ Distribution industries
- At least 2 years of sales experience in Kosovo. Sales experience in Albania is also an asset.
- Very good English skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, especially Excel.
- Energetic Entrepreneurial Attitude
- Should be organized, presentable, professional, flexible, driven, self-starting, team player with high standards and solid work ethic focused on making the customer matter.
