Job Description
- To act as one of the reference persons in the Bank keeping contact with SME & Micro customers.
- To present and market all SME & Micro products to customers.
- To establish and maintain effective relations with new and existing customers.
- To collaborate in initiating and promoting new SME & Micro products offered by BKT in the market.
- To approach, negotiate and propose the Pricing for SME & Micro customers.
- To monitor continuously the market, financial and business performance of the borrower and communicate this to the supervisors.
- To visit customers and prepare discussion forms for the customers visits.
- To proactively identify new business and referral opportunities and create additional income across divisions of the bank.
- To continuously assess the quality of service provided to clients, ensuring service provision is of the highest quality; develop measures and processes to assess service levels and to identify potential improvements.
- To actively establish, develop and utilize networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
- To be aware of workloads and volumes, provide guidance, and support when required.
- To be graduated from of a university with a degree in Economy.
- Commercial and/or other banking sectors experience ( over 2 years) or other credit institutions and other experiences in private enterprises.
- Very good knowledge of Computer, Microsoft Office.
- Very good knowledge of the spoken and written English.
- Highly communicative with customers and colleagues.
- To have the ability to work under pressure and to work over time.
