CNC Programmer, Tirane
As a CNC Programmer, your key objective is to successfully provide Virtual support for all operating companies within the Coorporate. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and optimizing CNC programs for a variety of CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production processes. You will work closely with the Sales team to produce high-quality results and should be able to take Fenevision orders while adhering to strict deadlines and have the following general duties and responsibilities assigned to the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer, your key objective is to successfully provide Virtual support for all operating companies within the Coorporate. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and optimizing CNC programs for a variety of CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production processes. You will work closely with the Sales team to produce high-quality results and should be able to take Fenevision orders while adhering to strict deadlines and have the following general duties and responsibilities assigned to the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various CNC machines including but not limited to Combiflex, Vertmax, and Intermac models.
- Utilize programming software such as Autocad, Fenevision, Bsuite (Bsolid), and Icam 2D, Icam3D, DXF File with specific layers, Easyglass, TDI draft to generate accurate machine code.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure the correct programming of CNC machines.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to refine processes and improve production efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
- AutoCAD experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Attention to Detail.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
