Client Relations Specialist Position
Aportunita Inc. is a Canadian-based company offering immigration services to personal and corporate clients in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Central and North America.
Although our services include various solutions to immigrate to Canada, our primary focus is on Study Permits, Work Permits, and Permanent Residence.
We strive to build a team based on the strengths of the individuals that comprise it.
To have a well-rounded team, our colleagues come from various vocational backgrounds and work remotely from a variety of different countries.

In this position, you will manage key relationships, have accountability for your assigned files, generate leads, qualify prospects and execute sales.
You are an outgoing, tenacious sales professional with a commitment to service excellence. Your focus is on strengthening Aportunita's brand.
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoy working in partnership with a diverse team of people to deliver the best possible results.
General Responsibilities
• Use their best efforts to provide the Aportunita’s clients with advice and general support to acquire their suggested documents needed to apply to educational institutions and immigration Canada permits;
• Work closely with other employees, contractors and management of the company to best achieve the organization’s and its clients’ goals;
• Build and maintain positive relationships with our partners at the designated learning institutions and other partner businesses;
• Evaluate customer needs through a consultative approach and build customer loyalty by delivering best in class customer service and effectively escalating customer issues;
• Assist with the reviewing of the legal and financial documents from the clients and proposing solutions and approaches to remove friction for our customers;
• When applicable, update and report on all sales activities;
• Attend product training, team meetings and planning sessions as required or when called for;
• Share market intelligence with their managers and colleagues;
• Use tools like Google Drive and Excel to organize and execute tasks effectively and other responsibilities directed by management from time to time.

Qualifications Required
- Post-secondary education is preferred;
- Ability to speak and write in English professionally;
- 3+ years of experience in client relations or office-related positions;
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with colleagues;
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task with attention to detail and sound judgment;
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management;
- Ability to work independently to achieve set goals within a strategic plan; and
- Experience with Google Drive, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
