Job Purpose: The main focus of a Client Advisor is to provide customers with an exceptional service and maintain the space they have under their responsibility

Job position: Client Advisor (IT Profile)

Job Purpose: The main focus of a Client Advisor is to provide customers with an exceptional service and maintain the space they have under their responsibility
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to submit monthly sales plan of his / her sector;
- Communication and customer service according to company standards;
- Responsibility for the maintenance of his / her sector;
- Follow-up and implementation of sales guidelines in his / her sector;
- Organization of positioning and presentation of products in his / her sector;
- Management of customer complaints and comments according to company standards;
- Very good knowledge of the stock for the products in his / her sector;
- Organizing and proposing product orders under his / her responsibility;
- Realization of inventories for its sector and reporting of results;
- High School diploma, (University degree is an advantage);
- Minimum 2 years of retail work experience;
- Good knowledge in IT and Gaming profile;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Energetic and enjoy working with client relationships;
- Courteous and self-confident;
- Ready to work under pressure and in challenging situations;
- To be creative;
