(Remote, US Based)

The Company
We are a rapidly growing eCommerce retailer that specializes in luxury indoor and outdoor furniture, and home decor.
RESPONSIBILITES:

Liaising between Customers, Customer Service, Vendors, and Carriers for claim resolution
Collecting claim or return data from customers
Recording data in internal modules
Communicate and coordinate claim and return steps with vendors, carriers, and customers/customer service department
Generate replacement orders, either in full or in part, process customer refund requests
Ensure return of goods for disposal or resale
Additional duties and cross training opportunities as they arise

REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years of operations experience
Must work efficiently
High school diploma
Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, listening, verbal/written)
Proven ability to prioritize tasks with being micro-managed
Demonstrated problem solving skills, sound business decision maker, analytical, time management,
attention to detail, organized, demonstrated communication skills and presentation skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

A proactive problem-solver and process-improver
Comfortable in building and maintaining relationships within and outside the company
Able to drive forward multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient with MS Excel, to include medium level skills such as filtering and pivot tables
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and team members
Bachelor's degree preferred

POSITION:
The position is remote:

1 hour paid lunch

Details:

M-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST
Hourly pay, $4 to $7 USD
Reports to Claims Supervisor
