Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance & accounting team.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advising long term business and financial planning
  • Assist high level decisions about policy & strategy
  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting & auditing
  • Assure legal & regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities of the company
  • Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team
  • Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs
  • Work well with CEO, Marketing Department etc. to develop e strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Experience in Senior Management Position
  • Strong financial & accounting background
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Experience with budget management, public accounting and cash flow.
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan workload effectively and delegate
