CAMERA SURVEILLANCE AGENT (CCTV OPERATOR)
OPERATIONS:
- Observing cameras and keep constant surveillance of grounds through the camera system.
- Supervising and immediately reporting any irregularities and bringing up suggestions for improvement
- Initiating preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed;
- Promoting safe work practices;
- Responding to, communicating, following up, and providing updates on all incidents as they occur;
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for reporting, and dealing with incidents when applicable;
- Confirming that the CCTV system is operating as intended and that video is properly recorded and saved.
- Immediate response to emergencies whenever necessary to assist clients;
- Collaborating with different departments of the hotel as needed, in order to ensure that everything is going according to the standard security protocols;
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: | Bachelor education |
LANGUAGES: | Intermediate English |
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: | -Knowledge of CCTV system -Digital literacy -Knowledge of hotel operations. |
EXPERIENCE: | At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position |
