Call Center Specialist
Purpose of the position: Support Customer on direct contact channels & social media. Provide superior experience by resolving customer concerns and deliver brand promise.
Main Tasks:
- Activate and deactivate services using E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client/BSCS application according to requests received through SR or calls from Shops & Customers.
- Activation/ deactivation of customer service through E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client according to the Call Center procedures.
- Answers correctly to customers demand through social media.
- Answers politely and correctly to the One Shops, Master Agent’s demands arrived thru inbound calls and SR on Network, services, procedures and tariffs.
- Answers politely and correctly to the customers’ demands thru inbound calls on Network, services, procedures and tariffs.
- Identify, support and solve different problems and complaints of customers according to the Call Center procedures and One policies.
- Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns as: billing, retention, marketing, satisfactions and on Network and services, procedures and tariffs.
- Interact with other team for solving customer’s technical problems.
- Perform outbound calls for MMS/GPRS/Data & Fax service configuration.
Experience and Qualifications: 1 year preferable in similar areas of customer support of shop.
