Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying and acquiring new landlord clients. This role involves reaching out to property owners, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals to expand our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and reach out to prospective landlords through cold calls, inbound calls, and networking.
-Conduct follow-ups with potential clients
-Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to understand their needs.
-Present and explain property management solutions to potential clients.
-Close deals and onboard new landlords, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to onboard properties
-Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
-Experience in sales and closing deals
-Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
