Role:

Part of Accelaration&Transformation Teams. A multi-skilled Team with end-to-end responsibility in an agile environment, that helps to shape the latest digital applications in order to ensure business excellence in solutions&processes;
Streamlining the way of work and by securing solutions, internal processes, tools and systems;
Translate the strategy into the right capabilities, business and technical requirements in collaboration with Stakeholders;
Translate into well-document and up-to-date processes, workflows, specifications, etc;
Gather communication between all members about developments;
Customer-Oriented Person, consider the customer journey in journey thinking;
Collaborate with the Product Owner to shape backlog by translating the digital vision into initiatives and epics;
Collaborate with the Product Owner to map out the impact on current processes, customer experience and digital applications;
Support and coach colleagues inside and outside the Team;

Skills:

Degree level in any related area;
At least 2 years of previous experience in Business Analyst role’s;
Experience in requirements identification and analysis (gathering functional and non-functional requirements);
Experience in preparing requirements documents to summarize and discuss the requirements with the Client and the development Team;
Great communication skills, spoken and written;
Participate in follow-up the solution implementation;
Performance tests;
Good interpersonal skills: organization, cooperation, autonomy and empathy;
Fluency in English, mandatory;
