Business Back Office Specialist - Business Marketing Department
Tasks
• Developing and coordinating different projects related to business products & services with other departments.
• Corporate CIF’s development, related procedures preparation and follow-up.
• Managing business e- banking Backoffice platform and other issues related to BEB
• Following up agreements already in place with public and private entities for specific business services (E - Collect, E – Sigurimet, Customer Segmentation, ISSH, OSSHE, etc.)
• Monitoring continuously the sector and its developments, with an eye at new products/processes and customers’ needs.
• Preparation of periodical reports, target follow up for the business customers through the Branch Network and HO (loans and other business product targets).
Requirements
• Persistent in understanding customers’ needs, challenge the status quo and significantly driven to improve existing processes, products and projects.
• Good analytical to detail skills, ability to multi-task in effective & efficient form.
• Big Data analyzing and developing skills.
• Well organized, proactive, team and customer oriented.
• Marketing affinity and mindset along with commercial skills and flair.
