Business Agent (SOHO) located in Tirana
Purpose of the position: Business Agents located in Tirana visits potential SOHO business customers in his/her assigned area and promotes business portfolio products & services with professionalism, integrity, and quality. Completes sales process and concludes the signing of the customer contracts to achieve monthly objectives/targets.
Main Tasks:
- Meet prospects & customers and conduct face-to-face meetings daily in your given area.
- Identify requirements and provide appropriate communication solutions for SOHO (Small Business) clients.
- Realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives for new business customer.
- Maximize sales profitability by focusing on Key business initiatives, promotions and offers.
- Comply with company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines not only towards customers but also in back-office operations (documents, applications etc.)
- Conducting sales presentations to prospects using company marketing materials such as catalogues and demo products.
- Available to travel to different cities in Albania.
- Other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Experience and Qualifications: 2+ years of working experience in sales or marketing.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Oriented towards providing an excellent experience for customers.
- Very good time management skills and managing situations that require solutions.
- Ready to work in the field.
- Ability to solve and delegate problems.
- English (is an advantage).
- Computer use competency.
