Maritim Marina Bay Resort and Casino is seeking a dedicated and organized Breakfast Manager to oversee the daily morning service. This role ensures that the breakfast buffet, staff, and guest experience meet the resort’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the daily breakfast service.
- Ensure buffet setup, presentation, and food replenishment meet quality standards.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and hygiene.
- Supervise waiters, breakfast cooks, and support staff.
- Plan staff schedules based on guest flow.
- Train the team on service standards and guest interaction.
- Resolve complaints and accommodate special requests.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-coordinated environment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- 2–3 years of experience in breakfast service or F&B roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent guest service skills.
- Familiarity with hygiene standards and breakfast operations.
- English knowledge required; other languages are a plus.
