Art and Tourism Development Group the largest Hotel & Tourism Industry Company with a large extend on the Albanian Coast is looking for a:

Bar Manager​

Responsibilities:

• Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals;
• Monitor beverage stock item and communicate any shortage;
• Manage the level, consistency, and quality of service of all menu items;
• Ensure that all outlet processes adhere to all hygiene regulations and procedures;
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours;
• Training staff to provide excellent service;
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls;
• Provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues on beverages;
• Actively seek and review customer feedback in regard to beverage quality, service, and overall satisfaction and takes appropriate and timely action;
• Ensures the shift is received, hand-over and briefing are carried out;

Requirements (Key Skills)

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism or any equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar role and/or 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage section.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Quick decision maker and ability to take charge of the situations and take responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Adaptable to changes
