BI and Data Visualization Senior Specialist - IT Applications Development Department

IT Applications Development Department
Tasks
o Perform data analysis and data visualization.
o Develop and deploy cubes components including dimensions, measures, hierarchy and calculated measurements.
o Design and build BI delivery components, including answers, charts, dashboards, scorecards, BI Publisher iBots, etc. (OBIEE).
o Fulfill data visualization and reporting needs through the development of intuitive, engaging, insightful, and attractive dashboards and visualizations in data visualization tools (Qlik Sense).
o Apply the best practices in the use of technology in BI and Data Visualization.
o Write advanced SQL using Oracle's SQL aggregate and analytic functions.
o Assist with performance tuning as it regards BI reports.
o Monitors production support issues and develop corrective solutions.
o To perform other duties given by Ass. Manager / Department Manager.
Requirements
o To have a university diploma in one of following branches: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electronic engineering.
o To have at least 3 years of experience in BI and data visualization environment (preferred Banking Sector).
o Expertise building and creating engaging and effective dashboards and data visualizations with BI and visualization tools (preferred OBIEE and Qlik Sense).
o To have strong understanding of Database Management Systems (preferred Oracle).
o To have strong PLSQL skills (ability to write queries, procedures, functions, advanced analytics functions, etc.).
o To have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, clean, organize and analyze significant amounts of information.
o To have creative vision, a passion for learning and willingness to adopt and share new ideas.
o To have interest and ability to master new technologies and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a careful attention to detail.
o Simultaneous ability to work as a member of a team and to work independently, and the ability to function effectively under pressure.
o To have good command of English.
