LUGGAGE PORTER/ BELLBOY
SCOPE: HOTEL REPORTS TO: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER DEPARTAMENT:FRONT OFFICE
MISSION: Responsible for assisting guests with the handling of their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring the safety and protection of the luggage while on the hotel premises. They must also ensure that guests' messages and mail are delivered according to the established standards.

MISSION: Responsible for assisting guests with the handling of their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring the safety and protection of the luggage while on the hotel premises. They must also ensure that guests' messages and mail are delivered according to the established standards.
- Maintain constant communication with the reception team to stay informed about guest arrivals, large groups, and VIP guests.
- Greet all guests professionally and warmly, assisting with the handling of their luggage.
- Collaborate with the reception team to carefully handle and label guests' belongings, avoiding loss or damage.
- Maintain an organized departure schedule, ensuring guests' luggage is collected and securely stored in the reception area, ready for departure.
- Assist guests with luggage from vehicles, taxis, and transport it to the hotel.
- Record any lost or abandoned luggage, help locate the owners, and attempt to return it to the correct guest destination as quickly as possible.
- Greet all guests and clients with a friendly smile.
- Assist with the transport of other items that may need to be delivered, such as supplies and other objects.
- Help guests with inquiries about lost luggage or misplaced items.
| EDUCATION AND TRAINING: | Training in hospitality, customer service, or tourism. Security or first aid courses may be valued. |
| LANGUAGES: | Good knowledge of English. Other languages are appreciated. |
| SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: |

| EXPERIENCE: | At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the hotel industry or another customer-facing department. |
