WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- To assist the implementation and planning of the cycle planning appropriately, in order to have the marketing activities on time in full for the respective accountable markets.
- To execute operational plans in order to improve the BAT competitiveness in New Categories products.
- To support the excellence in execution on the field, having a consumer centric approach;
- To play a key role as being a point of contact between the field organization, agencies and head office.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience at a brand or trade executive level in a FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach
- Proven time management, organizational and planning, selling and negotiation skills
- Proactive and dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language, Albanian native
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and analytical skills
