B2B Sales Operations Specialist
Purpose of the position: Support the Enterprise Sales section activities, to provide a quality before and after sales service, corresponding to the needs of business customers, contributing to their retention and enterprise growth database. In addition, she/he is responsible for data collection related to enterprise key accounts managers requests, operational data investigation & reporting of business sales/activities related figures.
Main Tasks:
- Administrates office processes such as all requests related to before and after sales services, tariff upgrades/downgrades, order records, equipment supplies, preparation of customer loyalty/activation contracts, to facilitate the services sought by customers.
- Manages all the requests of business customers disconnections coming from all channels (customer care; shops and direct sales), serving as focal point for business segment.
- Administrates the process of adjustment for business customers and follow up the implementation of the adjustment.
- Administrates the discount application procedure and follow up the accurate and in-time the agreed discounts. Monitors the budget consumption of each contract of business customers.
- Monitors the original contracts (for acquisition and retention) process.
- Support business key account managers/SPVs to plan a service level approach based on account revenues /size/ potential.
- Support business key account managers/SPVs for any request on customer’s details, such as tariffs, payment behavior, profitability analyse and others.
- Other duties as needed.
Experience and Qualifications: 1 year work experience in a relative functional area.
Skills:
- Sales drive.
- Very good command of English language and Microsoft Office package.
- Metrics, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Self-confidence.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Credibility and confidentiality.
