• Asst. Specialist/Specialist Product Development - Card & Payments Department

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Expert on card business: Manages cards and related developments. Identifies any need for improvement. Measures and analyzes the functionality and effectiveness of various plans/projects. Responsible for ensuring the ongoing compliance with Card Processor and Payment Systems (MC, Visa)
  • Follow up of Payment Systems (MC, Visa)/ Card Processor contracts and invoice payment;
  • Card products (debit and credit) maintenance and development: terms & conditions, contracts, manuals, procedures, branch support, etc.;
  • Increase the number of actively used cards and the market share;
  • Card related issue/ request/ project;
  • Market research for cards.
  • Follow up of Utility Payment and Direct Debit process;
  • Utility Payment/ Direct Debit maintenance and development: terms & conditions, contracts, manuals, procedures, branch support, etc.;
  • Inform and report the Assistant Manager about the problems that may occur during the job, together with proposed solutions and arrange adjustments when necessary and as required;
  • Participate in or deal with resolving various issues in the department;
  • Perform other jobs given by the Department/Assistant Manager.
JOB PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following preferred: Bank Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, and Bank Finance or similar.
  • At least 2 year experience in related fields in banking.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Good command of English;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners;
  • Excellent skills for planning, organizing, managing time, and setting priorities;
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, listening and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, needing minimum direction;
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems and workflow processes to enhance efficiency and quality;
  • Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports;
  • Ability to learn and adapt fast;
  • Able to work overtime as may be required by the job.
