Qellimi i Pozicionit: Target achievement for all the area under supervision through and adequate and efficient staff management; designing a successful sales strategy and effective stock management.

Essential Functions:

1. In cooperation with his/her subordinates designs the annual sales strategy and operational annual plan.
2. Supports Hypermarket’s Director toward implementation of the approved annual sales and operational plan.
3. Monitors in daily basis the codes that have stock available in Warehouse but not in Retail and also the codes that aren’t positioned and do not have minimum & maximum stock.
4. Ensures daily monitoring of the competition and reports to the finding to the Product Managers.
5. Periodically analyzes the level of stock in/on the shelves for all departments under dependence and reports to the Hypermarket manager in case of discrepancy.
6. Periodically monitors the display of products on the shelves.
7. Cooperates with the Architects and the staff of the Marketing department for various processes that can be carried out in the Hypermarket.
8. Strictly implements all procedures and regulations approved by him/her and the persons he/she supervises.
9. Engages in training new staff about Megatek products and procedures.
10. Contributes with ideas in the organization of promotions and the implementation of new products.
11. Monitors the operation of the procedure for products returned by customers and reports in case of non-compliance with the relevant procedure.
12. Monitors the Supervisors under his/her responsibility how they can organize the operations outside of the Company for every customer that needs installations /assembling products or various by Megatek staff. .
13. Engages in performance evaluation process of employees under his/her reporting line, by giving objective evaluations based on KPIs.
14. Reports to the Hypermarket Director
