Job Position: Apart-hotel Quality Coordinator

What you will do:

As a Apart-hotel Quality Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the efficient performance of short – term rental Apartments. This includes ensuring standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld, budgets are controlled and any problems are quickly rectified.


Make sure the apartments are in good working conditions, clean and well maintained and everything is working according to the required standards of the company.
Check booking chart on a regular basis and coordinate with office staff to keep up to date with all arrivals, departures and special needs.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to make sure that all accommodations are cleaned and prepared for occupation. Ensure that all apartments are fully equipped with items of inventory, linen etc.
Arrange repairs and maintenance of the facilities and make sure that all necessary repairs are carried out to the accommodations to maintain a high quality environment for both customers and staff.
Checkout customers on departures days, making sure they have enjoyed their stay. Carry out exit surveys. Make sure that the apartments and equipment’s are left undamaged and in reasonable condition. Ensure that all keys are returned.
Update the office staff with photos and videos from accommodations for social media
Maximize occupation and revenue from all accommodations.
Develop and maintain effective communication networks and working relationships with key personnel, both within and outside the company.


Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Master is an advantage
1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Advanced communication skills.
Excellent writing and organization skills.
Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty.
Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving
