Senior Consultant
Job Description
The Senior Consultant is involved in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions. Senior Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Senior Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues, and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Senior Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services and solutions offered by Konsort. Your Responsibilities also include leading teams through defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
You will directly report to the General Manager.

Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years work experience. (Experience in IT consulting is preferred)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (Relevant advanced degree is preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Ability to travel 30%

- Business process analysis, mapping, and design.
- Requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis.
- Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques.
- Enterprise Applications: SAP
- CRM : SAP, Siebel, Microsoft
- Content Management : IBM, Filenet
- Business Process Management : IBM, Filenet
- ETL : IBM DataStage, Informatica
- OLAP and Reporting : Business Objects, Cognos, Essbase, Microstrategy
- Database Management Systems : Oracle, SQL-Server, DB2
- Development platforms: J2EE, .NET.
- Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Must display professionalism and confidence
