AFTER SALES COORDINATOR
AON operates in Albanian market in Albania and Kosovo, in the field of energy backup systems, with products and services such as: Generator, Stabilizer and UPS. As an official distributor of Cummins Power Generation, AON has a strong position in the sector, with a lot of important projects signed and covered in these countries. AON is also official distributor of TOYOTA Material Handling for forklifts. Aiming the sustainability through quality, aftersales team has a very important role for further development of the company.The role of AFTER SALES COORDINATOR is to lead and manage the After sales operation within the dealership to maximize return on investment
through optimizing the Service and Parts Department’s processes to ensure internal and external clients satisfaction, exercising disciplined expense control,
attracting, and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging the team.
AFTER SALES COORDINATOR identifies potential business with new and existing clients and ensure that all after sales activities are done in accordance to AON policy. As mentioned, AON success is directly linked to the efficiency of Sales and After sales team,
AFTER SALES COORDINATOR is a key position in our company and directly contributes to portfolio growth of Commercial Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce AON products and services to existing and potential clients, and be able to understand
and propose technical solution in accordance to client needs - Respond promptly, efficiently and courteously to all client complaints, setting an example for other associates
and ensuring an effective client record/follow up system. - Monitor the warranty system, completing regular audits in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
- Check the maintenance and condition of the workshop and Parts Department and its equipment,
ensuring these comply with business and safety needs and recommending capital expenditure. - Monitor market demands, customer feedback, and positioning of the competition.
- Propose and plan visuals and marketing materials that promote AON products and services
- Plan weekly follow up meetings and report comments on previous week activities
- Prepare and submit monthly aftersales report
- Utilise monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability and productivity of the Service Department.
- Communication Skills: After sales coordinators are adept at interacting with customers to identify and help meet their desires
- Problem-solving Skills: After sales coordinators are able to develop and implement solutions necessary
to ensure increased patronage and customer satisfaction - Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build B2B relationship
- Market knowledge, and strong analytic skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Driving skills, License class B
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Very good English, spoken and written
