Administrative Assistant

For our client, an international professional services firm operating for many years in Albania, we are urgently seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Duties:


  • Performs general clerical and reception duties
  • Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
  • Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements as needed.
  • Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
  • Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Business vocational school education/ University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility required
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a client focused environment preferred
  • Bilingual /French or German is a plus

  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
