Remote Position (6 days a week - 40 hours) - Need to work U.S. business hours (afternoon local time)

Position Summary


The Account Management Lead is responsible for building, managing, and coordinating a strong vendor network while supporting client and site-level coordination across assigned accounts for a U.S.-based facilities management company. This role serves as the primary point of contact for vendors and works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure service levels, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met.

This is a vendor-facing, coordination-driven role suited for a detail-oriented professional with experience in facilities management, multi-site services, or account management. This role offers clear opportunities for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, recruit, and maintain a reliable network of qualified service vendors across multiple trades and geographic regions to support client needs and coverage requirements
  • Assist end-to-end vendor onboarding, including contracts, onboarding paperwork, system setup, and ongoing compliance tracking
  • Serve as one of the points of contact for vendors regarding onboarding, coordination, invoicing, and required documentation
  • Assist in ensuring vendors understand invoicing and sign-off requirements and review invoices and supporting documentation, including photos and service confirmations, for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with coordination of work orders and service activity through our platforms
  • Coordinate with retail teams, building management, and landlords to schedule and support service execution
  • Assist in tracking service progress and follow up to ensure timely completion and proper close-out
  • Assist the Director of Operations with vendor-related sourcing and supply coordination as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in work order systems and internal trackers
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure service levels, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met
  • Assist to identify and flag vendor performance issues, service risks, or account concerns and escalate when appropriate
  • Prepare and maintain operational and vendor performance reporting
  • Coordinate with Finance & Compliance department to ensure billing readiness, documentation accuracy, and proper close-out


Required Qualifications
  • Fluent English required (C1–C2 level) in writing and speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, and time management
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and independently manage multiple accounts and vendor relationships
  • Strong teamwork skills with an eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and email-based workflows
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (local afternoon hours)
