Health and Safety Manager

The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for the development and management of the H&S system in accordance with the scientific and technical requirements defined by Coca-Cola Company standards and national and international laws, ensuring in time the appropriate level of risk prevention. Also is responsible for control and review of working conditions in the plant in order to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Health Safety& Anti- fire protection documentation management in line with law and CCBS requirements.
• Implement and develop all Healthy Safety CCBS Standards.
• Carrying out control of working conditions regarding compliance with safety regulations, rules and hygiene at work, with particular emphasis on workplaces where pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, adolescents, the disabled, are working.
• Informing the employer about identified occupational hazards, together with applications to remove these hazards.
• Member of the team for internal external audits, member of the water depuration, HACCP and environment team.
• Support the purchasing office in the realization of the assessment and management regarding the qualification of suppliers that have to do with security issues.
• Keeping records, completing and storing documents concerning accidents at work, identified occupational diseases and suspicions of such diseases, as well as storing the results of tests and measurements of factors harmful to health in the work environment.
• Interaction with the internal security and the doctor who provides preventive health care for employees.
• Organizes the periodic meeting with the doctor and the safety council.
• Training employees (CCBS and third parties) in the knowledge they possess resulting from the performance of official tasks.
• Prepares the annual training program for employees regarding safety at work

Competences – knowledge and skills.


Educational background and Professional Experience

Preferably Completed University Education in Engineering
Minimum 3 years in similar positions.

Specialist knowledge.

• Comprehensive knowledge of issues related to the operation of the Health Safety service
• Very good knowledge resulting from Healthy Safety training for people managing employees.
• Good knowledge of labor law provisions.
• Preferably good knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 requirements.

Foreign language skills.
English: IV. Advanced
Italian: II. Elementary (Communicative)
