E2 Partners Group, on behalf of its client is looking for motivated candidates to join an amazing team in the position Social Media Manager.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Developing, overseeing, and implementing strategy on multiple client accounts.
  • Support the team in the development of strategic plans, messaging, and digital/social content.
  • Assisting with new campaigns outreach through research, brainstorming, and strategy development.
  • Creating timely and engaging content for client social media profiles.
  • Reporting on campaign results.
  • Work with senior leadership to support strategically the Social Media platforms.
  • Day-to-day client support
  • Develop measurement reports and demonstrate campaigns value.
  • Support the Analytics team in providing overall insights and analysis of social data across multiple campaigns and social channels.
  • Provide monthly and yearly updates to internal teams.
Other responsibilities are:
  • Maintaining close and positive relationships with the team.
  • Support senior and junior members.
  • Occasional off-hours management of client accounts.
  • Conducting industry research as needed.
  • Staying current with marketing and client industry trends and tools.
  • Driving improvement in agency processes and workflow where a need is identified.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Social Media planning, copy writing, Strategy outlining.
  • Has deep knowledge of social media and client’s nature of business
  • Marketing background
  • Actively implement and adhere to established processes
Key Performance Indicators
  • Having clear performance results
  • Drive integrated social planning process and thinking across client teams, strategy and relevant areas.
