For our client – a successful group in Albania, We are looking for the following position:
IT BUSINESS ANALYST
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
- Serves as a connection between business units, technical teams and support team.
- Defining requests using interviews, documentation analysis, needs workshop, questionnaires, site visits, business process descriptions, usage scenarios, business analysis, task and process analysis.
- Critical evaluation of information gathered from many sources, coordination and analysis of information with the scope of aligning the user requirements with their real needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements as needed: Business Application Document, Usage Scenarios, User Interface Interaction and Interface Design.
- Utilizing his/ her experience defining needs according to the methodologies necessary for managing the life cycle of Information Systems.
- Works independently with users to define concepts under the project manager & guidelines.
- Promote and challenge business units in assumptions how they will successfully execute their plans.
- Gathers, understands and manages the demand towards IT
- Serves as a communication channel between the user community and the Information Systems team through which the development requirements pass.
- Specify needs according to standard formats using natural language.
- Cooperates with developers and relevant field experts to determine the technical vision to reach the balance between usability and performance needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business/ Finance/ Business Informatics)
Work Experiences: +3 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Familiarized with the overall business functions, good knowledge of ERP solutions.
Skills:
- Good analytical skills for product management, including a deep understanding of how business needs should be interpreted and translated into operational and applicative requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with various executive teams, managers and field experts.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage time and reach deadlines and objectives.
- Good presentation skills
- Initiative and ability to deliver new ideas
- Be able to work in groups.
- Communicable and Responsive.
