We are looking for Network Administrator

Our outsourced services have also expanded to include payment management, sales and marketing services.

We are currently looking for a Network Administrator, who will work at our Albanian office, in Tirane, Arena Center.

Main Responsibilities of a Network Administrator

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, configuring and maintaining existing networks and making upgrades where required
• Network planning and adopting appropriate network protection solutions
• Install & integrate new network hardware and applications
• Ensuring network security & connectivity
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Liaising with third party vendors
• Troubleshooting network issues or outages
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required
• Design, test, and inspect network systems
• Perform network planning, modeling, and analysis
• Install and maintain hardware such as cables, hubs, routers, and wireless adaptors
• Design, implement and manage security countermeasures when network vulnerabilities arise
• Analyze, engineer, and execute software functions
• Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation

Key Requirements

• You possess a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• You have prior experience in a network administrator role more than 5 years
• Hands on experience with networking, routing and switching
• You possess experience with Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPN, LAN, WAN, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Understanding of Layer 2 and 3 network infrastructures
• You possess good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with end users
• InfoSecurity skills required
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP Certification is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of computer operations and systems
• Expertise in written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications courses such as CompTIA A+ or CCENT are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• English/Italian language speaker
