For our International Client, a boutique firm of accountants and auditors in Paola, Malta, we are searching for a Senior Auditor to support their growing team. Our client provides professional services to companies involved in a wide range of businesses such as manufacturing, hospitality, wholesale/retail, and information technology.

The requirements for this role include:

•Having or in the process of attaining a recognized Degree in Accountancy;
•A minimum of 2 years of external audit experience;
•Experience in external audit planning, risk and control identification and performing, and external audit testing in accordance with ISAs;
•Independently completing small engagements with minimum partner’s review;
•Handling a small number of assignments at the same time;
•Demonstrating a basic understanding of tax issues and how these impact clients.

Additionally, the skill set required to be successful in this role include:

•Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
•An ability to work hard and deliver assignments on time;
•An ability to work in teams of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
•Proficient in Office applications.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Competitive.
