EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Accounting & Tax Reporting Specialist.

Major responsabilities:


  • Verifying supporting documentation (purchase orders, contracts, etc. for invoices into the accounting system and in case of discrepancies follow-up with the vendor and/or the initiating department.
  • Responsible for tax treatment of the invoice during the process of booking the invoices.
  • Review employee expense statements to ensure they are in-line with local and company standards/policies, provide necessary feedback and corrective actions.
  • Support the inputs on the accounts systems and/or accounts balance statements to ensure that are properly maintained according to statutory internal requirements.
  • Support that the accounts are adequately and timely reconciled.
  • Responsible to conduct monthly GL accounts reviews and reconciliations and checking to ensure that GL’s reconciliation is in-line with local and internal policies and procedures.
  • Support all related activities of accounting function to ensure proper support is provided to Management.
  • Support timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports to Statutory Audit and other external authorities to meet all local legal requirements.
  • Manage and safeguard of the assets of the company ect.


Requirements for this position are:


  • 3 to 5 years combined experience in financial accounting, auditing and reporting capacity;
  • Navision knowledge is preferential;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Accurate reporting skills/attention to detail/ math skills;
  • Proficient advance excel expertize skills;
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and laws.
