Paperwork Audit Assistant


Job Description:
The Operations Department Assistant is responsible for auditting the documents of each move that the moving company is responsible for and making phone calls to the members of the crew. Furthermore, this position may include providing answers to messages on the chat support.



Qualifications:


  • Proficient using MS Windows-based software applications.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to provide support to other team members and interact with customer as needed.
  • Very good knowledge of English (verbal & written) level B2.
  • Stellar follow up and administration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and electronic environment



Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Operations Team to provide support and audit the documents of each move in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Call members of the crew to make sure they upload the necessary documents and follow up with a message on podium.
  • Call members of the crew to make sure they have the required military job documents.
  • Handle the help requests coming from members of the crew.
  • Access company systems to accurately enter data and save documents.
  • Additional duties as needed.
