Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Director by supervising all daily selling activities and leading a selling team in your selling area, in the service sector.
Duties and Responsibility:
· Increases the sales by implementing the company sales practices.
· Works in the field with sales representatives daily and maintains the sales activity requirements.
· Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals in your area.
· Interview, select and hire the direct Sales Representative staff.
· Ensures all sales training requirements are achieved.
· Improves sales professionals’ productivity and sales skills.
· Sets an excellent management example and quality image.
· Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years sales management experience required. 3+ years outside sales experience required.
Skills:
· Ability to lead, inspire and motivate staff.
· Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from sales representatives and clients.
· Ability to analyze sales data.
· Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Ability to acquire valid driver’s license.
